Statement on Shareholder Services

In response to the Electronic Signature Act and the launch of the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation's “Stock Services e-Counter (eCounter Platform),” the Company makes the following statement:
 

The Company has entered into an agreement to use TDCC's eCounter Platform to accept shareholder applications for stock affairs using digital signatures.

For services not yet available for digital processing via the platform, shareholders are advised to continue submitting applications in written form affixed with their original specimen seal to the Company’s shareholder services agent:
